The vineyard

A family story above all!

Château de Quinçay is a family wine estate, located on the southern slopes of the Cher in Meusnes, in Loir-et-Cher (41).
The family estate punctuates the daily life of the CADART family, which has been working since 1860 to keep this farm alive by passing the torch from generation to generation.

Its land, suitable for vines, is very rich in flint, formerly cut during the Empire to make the famous “Gunstones” which have marked the history of our town of Meusnes. We also owe them a museum dedicated to it in the city center.

In order to preserve an environment that is dear to us but also to guarantee better quality to our grapes, we favor the management of our vineyard in sustainable cultivation.
