Characteristic

Touraine Chenonceaux is a selection of the best terroirs located on the first hillside of the Cher Valley, Made from the Sauvignon grape variety, it is harvested at optimal maturity. Aging on fine lees gives it all its complexity and aromatic intensity.

Touraine Chenonceaux is a selection of the best terroirs located on the first hillside of the Cher valley. Touraine Chenonceaux blend Malbec and Cabernet franc
and reveals subtle aromas of black fruits. Its structure silky and tannic gives it elegance and ability to

Characteristic

Our Chenin vinified in barrels has remarkable aromatic complexity. Barrel aging gives a rich texture and added depth to the wine, while maintaining a lively acidity characteristic of Chenin. The result is a harmonious balance between freshness, structure and subtle woody nuances, creating a delicate and elegant experience on the palate.

Accompaniment

Il se marie parfaitement avec des plats délicats et raffinés. Des plats de volaille, tels que le poulet rôti, bénéficieront de la texture riche et des arômes complexes du vin. Les fromages pte molle et les plats de ptes aux saveurs douces seront également bien mis en valeur par la profondeur apportée par l’élevage en barriques, créant ainsi une expérience gastronomique équilibrée et mémorable.

Characteristic

This year-long journey in barrels allows our wine to develop all its complexity and elegance before revealing its unique character in the bottle. We have chosen to release the full potential of Pinot Noir using the Bourguignonne method. The wood used comes exclusively from French forests, thus adding a distinct dimension of terroir to our wine.

Accompaniment

This wine pairs well with poultry dishes, mushroom-based cuisine, and especially with Asian cuisine, particularly those featuring ingredients such as Peking duck.
