Our Chenin vinified in barrels has remarkable aromatic complexity. Barrel aging gives a rich texture and added depth to the wine, while maintaining a lively acidity characteristic of Chenin. The result is a harmonious balance between freshness, structure and subtle woody nuances, creating a delicate and elegant experience on the palate.

It pairs perfectly with delicate and refined dishes. Poultry dishes, such as roast chicken, will benefit from the wine’s rich texture and complex aromas. Characteristic
This year-long journey in barrels allows our wine to develop all its complexity and elegance before revealing its unique character in the bottle. We have chosen to release the full potential of Pinot Noir using the Bourguignonne method. The wood used comes exclusively from French forests, thus adding a distinct dimension of terroir to our wine.
Accompaniment
This wine pairs well with poultry dishes, mushroom-based cuisine, and especially with Asian cuisine, particularly those featuring ingredients such as Peking duck.
